Product Information
Our farm is carefully managed with bio-friendly practices and it is our intention to raise crops that nurture the Earth’s ecological cycles and wellness. The growing, harvesting and selling of our products is aimed at cultivating and sharing the beauty of herbs and herbal products. Presently our available product line is focused on lavender.
We carefully hand-harvest our lavender stalks. Then we dry them in small batches in our herb house, which provides a cool, dark and dry environment for maintaining and preserving the lavender’s pure essence. Half of our lavender harvest is sent freshly cut to the distillery for the extraction of the essential oil. The other half of each harvest is dried, sorted and prepared in the form of sachets, stalk bundles and eye pillows.
Our herb selection is expanding to meet the interest and needs of our customers. In addition to lavender, we are presently growing garlic, rosemary, roses and rosehips. Look to our web site for additional products beginning in the spring of 2003.
